Diana is a global development professional with expertise in research, policy development, gender lens investing and inclusive market systems. She has led and supported initiatives promoting gender equality and women’s economic empowerment in Africa, Asia, the Middle East and the Caribbean. Diana bridges evidence and action through policy advisory and collaborative partnerships, particularly in support of women-led enterprises. She also advocates for inclusive mental health in Kenya, working to ensure access for equity-deserving groups. Known for her systems thinking and collaborative leadership, Diana designs and implements transformative programs that advance social inclusion and sustainable development.
