Administrator and Communications Lead
Wayne serves as the Administrator at Afrikala Art, leading internal coordination, supporting strategic planning and ensuring effective program implementation. He works closely with team leads to align operations with organisational goals, managing communications, documentation, partner relations and logistics. Wayne also leads policy development and organises key events and campaigns. Additionally, he is the Creative Project Lead at Mental Talk, Creative Associate at The Creatives Doormat, where he oversees creative initiatives and content production. His strong leadership, attention to detail and solution-driven mindset enable Afrikala and its partners to operate efficiently and achieve impactful results.
He is a young founder who excels at identifying creative talent, navigating diverse working styles and maintaining structure. Through his fashion brand VÆRE®, he promotes sustainability and intentional living. Wayne’s design expertise and collaborative leadership make him a dependable and impactful presence across teams.
